Performance Guarantee: For Retailer and Distributor
Sixty (60) day performance guarantee applies solely to all videogame accesories sold by Red Lion Interactive, Inc. unless sold as “bulk” , “close out (ACO)” or sold "as is" at a deep discount.
You are required to contact Red Lion Interactive, Inc. within sixty (60) days after your invoice date if you are not completely satisfied with any of the products’ performance, for any reason. You may return such products to us for a full credit, but such products must be returned in resalable condition. Red Lion Interactive, Inc. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to twenty five per cent (25%) for any products not returned in resalable condition, or if you do not comply with these expressed return policy terms. Refunds do not include shipping fees. Accounts must be in good standing. On occasion, a buyer may decide to purchase accessories, contrary to the advice of a sales representative. Additionally, some licensed products may be subject to further restrictions, as indicated on the invoice (noted as Code 99) – such products will not be subject to this guarantee. Customers’ resale price (whether retail or wholesale) must be within standard norms of manufacturer’s anticipated selling price. Red Lion Interactive, Inc. reserves the right to modify this guarantee as needed.
